- Provide your order number and reason for the return

- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3.2 Shipping Your Return
When shipping your return:
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Securely package the product in its original packaging if possible
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
